What can I say except WOW! The degustation dinner was absolutly fantastic. It was not only a taste sensation but also a visual treat. The food wine matches worked perfectly. Many of us are still iscussing the pepper ice cream and I personally was blown away by the hapuka with the Reisling. Would never have been venturesome enough to try it at a restaurant but you managed to convert me. We really appreciated all the extra effort you went to with the venue and table settings plus the home made breadsticks and cheese. It all came togeather as a night to remember and you can be assured you were truly our Delistars.
